Welcome to Tippingo (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using Tippingo, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Tippingo allows creators, freelancers, and professionals (“Creators”) to receive tips, payments, and messages from their audience (“Supporters”).

By using the platform, you acknowledge that Tippingo acts solely as a payment facilitator between creators and supporters.

2. Eligibility

To use Tippingo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You will not impersonate another person or provide misleading information

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

4. Payments, Fees, and Payouts

4.1 Fees

Tippingo applies a 4% transaction fee.

Additional processing fees or taxes may apply depending on your location.

4.2 Minimum Tip Amounts

To ensure safe and efficient processing, Tippingo enforces the following minimum tip amounts:

Minimum amounts may change based on payment processor requirements or regulatory updates.

4.3 Payout Schedule

Payouts are generated daily, once your account is approved and your payout method is properly connected.

The time it takes for funds to appear in your bank account depends on your country, local banking systems, weekends, and bank processing times. Tippingo is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

4.4 First Payout Hold (Risk Mitigation)

Your first payout is held for 7–14 days as part of mandatory risk and compliance checks.

This hold:

• Applies to all creators
• Cannot be waived under any circumstances
• Helps ensure platform safety and integrity

After the initial hold, payouts follow the normal daily schedule.

4.5 Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to their payouts.

Tippingo does not provide tax advice and may withhold taxes only when required by law.

5. Prohibited Use and Restricted Content

You agree not to use Tippingo for any of the following:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Harassment, abuse, or offensive content
• Money laundering, pyramid schemes, or unlicensed financial services
• Impersonation or identity abuse
• Sale of illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, weapons, or pirated materials
• Adult or sexually explicit content, fetish content, or adult services
• Violent, hateful, extremist, or self-harm–related content
• Financial or regulated services without proper licensing (including crypto, investments, or tax consulting)
• Spreading harmful or deceptive misinformation
• Unauthorized fundraising, gambling, raffles, or political donations
• Selling restricted goods (medical, beauty, or food products) without authorization
• Peer-to-peer money transmission or unlicensed payment processing
• Activities involving gambling, government services, lending or credit, unapproved crowdfunding, or dating/matchmaking services

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

6. Enforcement and Moderation

To maintain platform safety, Tippingo may take actions including:

• Immediate removal of prohibited or illegal content
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of accounts
• Issuing refunds to supporters at our discretion
• Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement when required

Tippingo retains full discretion in interpreting and enforcing these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and protect your information.

Tippingo enables creators to receive payments while keeping their personal and banking details private and secure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Tippingo—including software, logos, branding, graphics, and text—are owned by Tippingo or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tippingo provides its Services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tippingo is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks

10. Account Termination and Moderation Discretion

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• Activity poses risk to users, Tippingo, or the public

Any remaining payouts will be handled in accordance with our payout and compliance policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.

Continued use of Tippingo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
